- The joy of one sister should be the joy of all and the sisters should be happy if they can...
“Next to the cross of Jesus were his mother, his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene. Jesus, seeing her mother and, next to her, the disciple he loved so much, said to her mother: “Woman, here is your son.” Then he said to the disciple: “There you have your mother.” And from that moment, the disciple welcomed her as his own”.
Give me, Lord, the joy of discovering Your Mother and taking Her as mine.
Give me, Lord, the joy of waiting for Your Word. as She was.
Give me, Lord, the finesse to welcome and make Your Word come to life as your Mother welcomed and lived it.
Give me, Lord, eyes of surprise to behold and discover Your presence in the weakness of life.
Give me, Lord, faith to know You and serve You in the people around me.
Give me, Lord, hands to welcome You and treat You in my friends as Mary welcomed You and hugged you. AMEN.
