At the Crossroads of my Life

Lord, I start to walk on my own
and I have to choose a path and hit it.
The world offers me its paths, easy, fascinating:
way of money, of fun, …
Take advantage, take advantage, live, …

Faced with this you offer me another path,
You invite me to follow the path of love.
Love that is delivery of life
which is redemption of the oppressed,
establishment of justice, of fraternity.

Love that is sincerity, truth, joy and forgiveness,
friendship, group, community.
Love that saves and gives meaning to life.

Love that recognizes God as Father
that recognizes all men as brothers.
Here I am, Lord, with this age that you give me,
open my heart to your call.
Give me courage to Follow Your Path.
